Yes. We submit filings electronically through the applicable court portal and complete physical courthouse filings as a third-party filing agency on behalf of our clients.

No. We do not prepare documents and do not provide legal advice. We file documents exactly as submitted.

We offer Routine, Rush, and Same-Day filing. Expedited fees apply.

Filings are billed per trip or per submission. Each filing constitutes one service request.

Yes. If an additional courthouse visit or resubmission is required, a new service fee applies.

Yes. We advance court filing fees up to $50 

Court fees exceeding $50 require prepayment prior to submission.

No. Court fees, parking, and other costs are billed separately from our service fee.

No. We are not responsible for court rejections due to formatting issues, legal deficiencies, or clerk discretion.

No. Acceptance is determined solely by the Clerk of Court.

A rejected filing requires a new order and new service fees.

All filing deadlines remain the responsibility of the requesting party.

Yes. If work has begun or court submission has occurred, a cancellation or administrative fee applies.

Yes. Our office is conveniently located near the Broward County Courthouse in Fort Lauderdale, allowing for efficient in-person court filings.

Yes. Due to our proximity to the Broward County Courthouse, we are able to offer same-day and rush filing services when documents are received before the applicable cutoff time. Expedited fees apply.

Yes. When electronic filing is not permitted or not available, we can complete in-person filing at the Broward County Courthouse. Each physical filing constitutes one trip. Additional trips require additional service fees.

No. While our proximity allows for efficient submission and delivery, court processing times, acceptance, and docket updates remain solely within the control of the Clerk of Court. We do not guarantee processing speed or acceptance.

Yes. We maintain an active account with the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal and are able to electronically submit filings in counties throughout Florida where E-Filing is permitted. All submissions are filed as provided by the requesting party. Court acceptance remains subject to Clerk review and approval.
