Pricing & Cancellation Terms

Bad Address Policy
If the address provided for service is determined to be invalid, the original service fee will still apply. We recommend confirming all addresses before submission. Basic skip tracing is included with each job to assist in locating subjects when necessary. Advanced skip tracing is available for an additional fee—please call our office for more information.

Job Hold Policy
As a courtesy, we hold jobs for 30 days to allow for skip tracing or to locate an alternative address. If no communication is received 30 days after the last attempt, the job will automatically be closed out as non-service.

Check Charge for Advanced Witness Fees
When we advance any witness fees on behalf of a client, a flat $5.00 handling fee will apply to offset eCheck processing and administrative costs.

To avoid this fee, you may provide the witness check with the documents for service so we do not need to advance the funds.

Cancellation Policy
Once a job has been dispatched or service has begun, any cancellation will be billed at the full service rate.

Filing Responsibility Policy
All service of process jobs do not include filing the return with the court. Clients are responsible for filing the proof of service. We can file on your behalf for an additional fee, but this service must be requested prior to serving the job.

Late Payment Policy
All payments will be applied to the oldest outstanding invoice unless otherwise specified. Any invoice not paid within 30 days of its due date will incur a late fee, and clients are responsible for all subsequent charges and collection costs. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge that all transactions are governed under the jurisdiction of Broward County, Florida, and agree to confirm outstanding balances prior to assigning new jobs.

New Client Prepayment Policy
New clients are required to prepay for services until a working relationship is established. Once established, billing will be Net 30, with invoices issued on the first day of each month.

Rush Service Notice
For documents requiring immediate attention, we guarantee an attempt at service within 24 hours (excluding Sundays) after processing. For same-day service, documents must be submitted by 4 PM EST for individuals and 12 PM EST for corporations. The first attempt will be made the same day documents are received and processed.
