SUBPOENA DOMESTICATION SERVICES

• Provide one (1) original (wet ink) and two (2) copies of the subpoena.
   
• The subpoena must be styled in the original format of the state where it was issued.

• The Clerk Signature Block must appear either at the bottom of the subpoena or on the page following the attorney’s signature.
   
• There must be sufficient space for the Deputy Clerk’s signature and Broward County seal.

• Each subpoena must be accompanied by one of the following:
   

1. Notice of Taking Deposition
 

2. Notice of Production / Notice of Intent to Produce Documents
 

Please note: a Judge’s Order to Allow Depositions will not satisfy the Clerk’s requirements.

• Submit your subpoena documents to our office.
   
• We will review, file, and present them to the Broward County Clerk of Courts for issuance.
   
• The Broward Clerk will not issue a case number for out-of-state subpoenas.

Once issued, our professional process servers will attempt service promptly and accurately.

After service is completed, we will email you a copy of the proof of service and mail the original documents back to you.
