Legal Services Solutions provides process serving throughout Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade Counties, all 67 Florida counties, all 50 states, and Puerto Rico through our network of in-house and vetted professional process servers.

We offer routine, rush, and same-day priority service, depending on the location, deadline, and service requirements.

Routine service is generally attempted within 48–72 business hours, excluding Sundays. Rush and priority services are available when a faster turnaround is required.

Our standard process serving rates include up to four attempts at the provided address.

Additional attempts or addresses may be available for an additional fee depending on the circumstances of the service.

Pricing depends on the service area and turnaround requested.

Our current standard rates include:

• Local Routine: $75
• Local Rush: $150
• Local Priority / Same-Day: $225
• Florida Statewide Routine: $90
• Florida Statewide Rush: $175
• Florida Statewide Priority / Same-Day: $250
• Nationwide Routine: $150
• Nationwide Rush: $300

Additional fees may apply for additional defendants or addresses, skip tracing, stakeouts, printing, court filings, and other specialized services.

We generally need the documents to be served, the defendant's name, service address, applicable deadlines, and any relevant service instructions.

Additional information such as a description of the individual, vehicle information, phone number, employment information, or other known details can also be helpful.

If you do not have a current or serviceable address, we can assist with a skip trace request for an additional fee.

Any information you have about the individual can be helpful in conducting the search.

Yes. LSS provides status updates throughout the service process, including information from service attempts and the final outcome.

Clients can also access available service information through our secure client portal.

Once service is completed, the service information and applicable affidavit or return documentation are made available through our client communication and portal systems.

If service is unsuccessful, the server documents the attempt and provides the available details regarding what occurred.

Depending on the circumstances, we may recommend additional attempts, an alternate address, skip tracing, a stakeout, or another appropriate service option.

Yes. LSS can assist with difficult-to-serve matters through additional address research, skip tracing, multiple service attempts, and other field-service options when appropriate.

Yes. We offer rush and same-day priority service in qualifying areas, subject to availability and the circumstances of the assignment.

Qualified established clients may be eligible for Net 30 billing. New clients may be required to prepay before service begins.

Yes. Clients have secure access to our client portal, where available service information, status updates, affidavits, invoices, and other case information can be accessed.

Yes. If an affidavit is required, an additional notary fee of $10 will be billed.

Yes. Printed documents are billed at $0.15 per page. Clients may avoid printing fees by mailing or delivering documents to our office.
