Yes, for first-time clients, we require payment upfront. Once we establish a working relationship, we can switch to invoicing. For bulk and regular clients, we offer a net 30 payment term. For more details, please contact us or visit our fee section.


Legal Services Solutions LLC accepts all forms of payment. For your convenience, we prefer Zelle, eChecks, ACH transfers, or checks by mail. Please note that all credit card payments will incur a 3% processing fee. Please contact us for further information.


Yes, we charge a 3% fee on the amount being processed when using a credit card. If you prefer to avoid this fee, you can use Zelle, Cash App, or mail a check to our office.

All standard serves in Florida are priced at $75, with rush service available for $200.


Fees for services outside of Florida are determined based on several factors, including process server availability, travel distance, the location’s accessibility (e.g., rural areas), and any special instructions provided. Pricing may vary accordingly to ensure efficient and timely service.


Yes, we offer discounts for routine service. Reduced pricing is available for bulk cases and multiple services at the same address. Additionally, we provide discounted rates for law firms and high-volume clients. Please contact us for more details on our discounted pricing options.


Rush service includes same-day rush and next-day rush options. Same-day rush guarantees the first attempt on the day the request is received, while next-day rush ensures the first attempt within 24 hours. To qualify for next-day rush, requests must be received by 12 PM EST for corporations and 4 PM EST for individuals. Requests received after these times will be billed as same-day rush.


For routine service, the first attempt is made within 1-3 business days. We also offer same-day and next-day rush services for expedited service. Please refer to our pricing for more details.


For routine service, attempts are made every 24-48 hours, while for rush service, attempts are made every 24 hours or until expiration, unless special instructions state otherwise.


We make 3-5 diligent attempts to serve the documents.


Each service attempt includes delivery to one address. If service is needed at multiple addresses, additional fees will apply. We also offer skip tracing services to help locate the respondent or defendant for an additional fee.


If service is not possible after making diligent attempts, we will provide an affidavit of non-service or return of non-service detailing the efforts made. Additionally, we can perform skip tracing to find a valid address for an additional fee.


We serve a variety of legal documents, including summons, subpoenas, divorce papers, eviction notices, court orders, and more. Whether for family law, civil litigation, or corporate matters, we handle all types with professionalism and efficiency.


Yes, serving documents in rural or remote locations may incur higher fees due to the extra effort and travel required.


Yes, we provide 24/7 client access to view and track current cases through our client portal. Additionally, we send email updates after each attempt and notify you via email once the job is completed.


The affidavit of service documents all attempts to serve legal papers, including the date, time, and result of each attempt. It may also include a description of the recipient, if applicable, along with any additional information required by state laws. The affidavit is notarized, while returns of non-service are not notarized.


Yes, we offer skip tracing services to help locate individuals for service of process who are difficult to find.

Updates are provided through our online client portal, where you can track the status of your case in real-time. We also send email updates after each attempt. If you prefer, you can call our office and speak to a representative for a status update. When submitting documents for service, you should provide the complete documents to be served, any specific instructions, and the recipient's contact details and address. If you do not have a reliable address for the recipient, you can contact our office to inquire about our skip tracing services to obtain accurate location information for the service of process.


No, there is no separate notary fee. If your affidavit needs to be notarized, the notary fee is already included in the service.


Yes, each service includes the first 10 printed pages at no charge. Any additional pages are billed at $0.15 per page. To avoid this fee, you can either mail us the documents or schedule a pickup.
