Legal Services Solutions provides process serving throughout Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade Counties, all 67 Florida counties, all 50 states, and Puerto Rico through our network of in-house and vetted professional process servers.
We offer routine, rush, and same-day priority service, depending on the location, deadline, and service requirements.
Routine service is generally attempted within 48–72 business hours, excluding Sundays. Rush and priority services are available when a faster turnaround is required.
Our standard process serving rates include up to four attempts at the provided address.
Additional attempts or addresses may be available for an additional fee depending on the circumstances of the service.

We generally need the documents to be served, the defendant's name, service address, applicable deadlines, and any relevant service instructions.

Yes. LSS provides status updates throughout the service process, including information from service attempts and the final outcome.
Clients can also access available service information through our secure client portal.
Once service is completed, the service information and applicable affidavit or return documentation are made available through our client communication and portal systems.
If service is unsuccessful, the server documents the attempt and provides the available details regarding what occurred.
Depending on the circumstances, we may recommend additional attempts, an alternate address, skip tracing, a stakeout, or another appropriate service option.
